Free to use during beta. No credits, now or after beta.
BYO generations run on your hardware, so Loovie charges nothing for them. They cost zero credits during the beta and stay zero credits after it. After the beta we may introduce a subscription for unlimited BYO use, but the generations themselves remain free. If you rent a GPU, your provider bills you for compute, never Loovie.
Run the models you want.
Bring your own checkpoints and LoRAs. The reference setup ships FLUX.2 Klein for image and LTX-2.3 for video, but you can swap in any model, or write your own workflow, as long as it speaks the contract.
Image models
Video models
Or bring your own backend entirely.
ComfyUI is the reference we publish, but anything that implements the contract is valid: a hand-rolled FastAPI or Express server, a different node-graph engine, your own LoRAs stacked on top. The contract is the line, not the implementation.
Five generation modes.
The beta covers image and single-shot video. Multi-shot video, local LLM, and MCP tooling are on the post-beta roadmap.
Pick the path that fits your hardware.
The rule is simple. If the Loovie app can reach a URL that speaks the contract, it works. The reference image workflow runs on RTX 4090 and 5090, the reference video workflow on RTX 5090.
Your own machine
You have a capable GPU at home
Run the server on your own hardware and generate over your local network. You pay only for electricity.
Rented cloud GPU
No GPU, or you want it always reachable
Spin up a GPU on any provider (RunPod, Vast.ai, Lambda, and more). You pay your provider for compute. Loovie still charges nothing.
Home machine plus a tunnel
Reach a home server from anywhere
Expose your home GPU through a tunnel (Cloudflare Tunnel is free) or a secured port forward, so your phone can reach it on cellular.
Your server stays yours.
The Loovie app on your device stores your URL and token (it has to, to talk to your server). They are never sent to Loovie's backend servers and are not accessible to Loovie staff.
What to know before you start.
When BYO fails, it is your server, your network, or your hardware. The Loovie team cannot fix your box, the docs and the community are your support. If the Loovie app itself misbehaves, that is on us.
Support during beta is community based and best effort, with no SLA. Join the Discord, ask in the help channels, share your workflows.
The contract may change in minor 0.x versions. Pin to a specific tag or commit if you depend on it.
Ready to bring your own server?
The overview doc walks you through every hosting path step by step. Create your account in the Loovie iOS app, then point it at your server under Preferences.
